We are a family operated business, and we will be closing shop 12/20 until 1/2 to spend the holiday with our children and loved ones. No orders will be processed after 12/20 until the new year.
We are using UPS as our shipping partner and will ship via UPS whenever possible this season. Please be mindful that there is a massive influx of mail this time of year and all carriers have warned of potential delays. Please plan your orders accordingly with ample time for gifts to arrive before the holiday.
We strive to maintain a quick processing time to cut down on the wait for items, but please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to ship. We often ship the same or next day, but just to be safe we like a buffer.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help if the situation arises, but we refer to shipping company for issues with items in transit. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can replace it and file a claim.
